Not too much to say about this one. Splenda just issued a press release about its discovery of "Chef Splendido", a young man who crafted a coconut flan using the sugar substitute/artificial sweetener (not sure what the PC term for that is). Splenda is OK as a sweetener for coffee, but definitely not for flan! Mr. Splendido...that slays me.
